These terms cover the marketing text messages and marketing emails sent by Boba Street Cafe (the "Program"). They apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Consent is not required
Agreeing to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can order from us, join the rewards program, and use the app without opting in to marketing, and you will still receive messages that are necessary to complete and hand over an order you placed.
Opting out

- If you later want marketing again, you can opt back in.
If you change or give up your mobile number
If you stop using the mobile number you signed up with — including cancelling your service plan or transferring or selling the number to someone else — you agree to opt out before you stop using it. We cannot know that a number has changed hands, so this keeps the Program from messaging someone who did not ask for it.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and messages may arrive out of order.
Privacy
We use your mobile number and email address to run the Program and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information. We keep a record of the exact marketing wording you agreed to, and when, so that we can show your consent.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. If you keep receiving messages after an update, the updated terms apply.
