These terms apply when you order from Boba Street Cafe through our website or mobile app, or when you take part in our rewards program. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Who we are

2. Orders
- An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and take payment.
- Prices, availability, and menu items can change. If an item is unavailable we may cancel that part of the order and refund it.
- Please check your order before paying — items, modifiers, pickup time, and the name and phone number for the order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if the order looks fraudulent, or if we cannot prepare it safely. If we cancel, we refund what you paid for it.
3. Prices, tax, and tips
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
- A tip is optional. If a tip is suggested, it is pre-selected and you can change it or remove it before paying.
- Any tip is calculated on the pre-discount subtotal.
- The total you see at checkout is the amount charged.
4. Payment
If a payment is declined, the order is not placed. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will look into it.
5. Pickup
- Orders are for pickup in store at 141 NW 20th St Ste B9, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
- We show an estimated ready time. It is an estimate, not a guarantee — busy periods can delay it.
- Bring your pickup code or the name on the order.
- Food and drinks are best enjoyed fresh. We cannot guarantee quality if an order sits a long time after it is ready.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- Because drinks are made to order, we may not be able to cancel once preparation has started. Call us as soon as you can and we will do our best.
- If something is wrong with your order, tell us the same day and we will make it right — a remake or a refund.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show it.
7. Accounts
- You need a mobile phone number to create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure.
- Give us accurate information, and keep it up to date.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for what deletion removes and what we must keep.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of these terms.
8. Rewards and coupons
- The rewards program is free to join. You earn points on qualifying purchases.
- Points expire 6 months after they are earned.
- Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and are not redeemable for cash.
- Rewards are redeemed for the items shown in the app. Reward tiers, the items they apply to, and any maximum value are shown in the app and can change.
- Coupon codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, may have an expiry date and a maximum discount, and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
- Points, rewards, and coupons earned through error, fraud, or abuse may be reversed.
- If we end the program, we will give reasonable notice and a chance to use earned rewards.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempting to break or overload it, no scraping or copying it, no placing fraudulent orders, no interfering with other customers, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for misuse.
10. Marketing messages
Marketing texts and emails are optional and are governed by our Messaging Terms. Order-related messages are not marketing and are sent as needed to fulfil your order.
11. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including menu items, prices, and the rewards program. We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. If a change is material, we will post it here.
12. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including rights under Florida consumer law.
Allergens: our drinks are prepared in a shared kitchen and may contain or come into contact with milk, soy, gluten, nuts, and other allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please talk to us before ordering.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida.
